Looking to learn more about apartment syndication group

Question is do you roll the carrying costs in a hard money loan or do you pay as you GO.. What is the better strategy

Greg how can i get started buying bigger multi family. I have a building i want to sell to do a 1031 exchange and put down on apartment building. Im concerned with having enough capital . I been told may need to look for equity partners but want to exhaust all my options..before that point some insight would be appreciated. Thank you

Just say that you can not accommodate the amount of people . I always turn down people if space and usage do not connect work

I have a potential to get some equity partners just need to shape the right deal. I have an associate that has done well with the hotel sector and maybe able to access him and others.

Has of a potential deal i agree i would be better getting a property for a repurpose/renovate as opposed to empty.

Do you suggest an auction or listed property. Any places one should look will be sure to hear podcast

Banks that will lend are there exceptions like 15% down. Do you need 6 months reserve etc

Is it better to get a property with tenants already. Done enough smaller deals looking to scale up any advice would be appreciated.
