Also interested in Pueblo, what’s going on with The superfund area? Are Amy lenders loaning for homes there?

There's at least three, I just searched travel nurse housing when I was looking

Gypsy nurse and  Furnished finder are a couple of them.

Facebook, there are several groups dedicated to housing for travel nurses. If you are interested in furnishing the unit and doing shorter terms 2-3 months it can be quite rewarding.

Post: Buy-and-Hold with Polybutylene Pipes?

Our primary residence has polybutylene pipes and it's not a matter of if they'll crack it's a matter of when. We had a major leak last year which flooded our downstairs in 10-12" of water. Make sure the pressure and temp is not too high, invest in some water alarms as well. FYI they form micro cracks from the inside out so hard to tell the condition from inspection of the outside of the pipe. We are eventually planning on replacing pipes throughout our 4/2 and quotes have been in the 10k range
James Carlson when will you be having another one of these meetings. I would like to attend.
Thanks for the replies. I have been searching and was able to find the parcel number and owner name via the Custer county parcel map on their website. A white pages search revealed a phone number. Now to contact the owner and hope she's willing to sell. It's just a small parcel with a 800 sq ft log cabin built in the 1940s. It assesses for $16,508. What would be a reasonable starting offer?
Hello, I'm new to BP. I have a cabin that I am currently renting out as a vacation rental. There is a old vacant cabin next to mine with no physical address. I'm sure it can be found by lot # but I don't know where to begin to find that info. We have owned our cabin since August and we have seen nobody at that property. In fact a tree has fallen partially blocking the entrance so I'd gather it's been vacant a long time. How do I find out who the owner is and move towards attempting to purchase it? Is this something where a tax lien could be done if they owe?

Hello, Can anyone share information on the EPA superfund site in Pueblo? is there a easy way to tell if a house is in the area? Are sellers required to disclose that?
