Hey Michael!

We actively invest in Cleveland and have been for the last 5 years. We usually focus on C+ and above areas like some parts of South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and University Heights. We do buy and hold, flipping, and wholesaling, in which most or all of our buy and holds are MF. 

As for Cleveland meetups, we haven't attended any since we are from Newport Beach, however when we did visit Cleveland in February we did host one at the Fairmount.

To answer your question about how we invest from OOS, my team and I work from So Cal with the exception of one in Cleveland and we do our own property searching and purchasing. Whether it be from the MLS or other avenues, we do it ourselves. From running comps to putting in offers and managing the properties and rehabs. We dabble in flipping, buy and hold and wholesaling. We currently have 9 properties in the works and another 2 potential that we will be closing on more than likely.

We have done some deals in Columbus as well, but more on the wholesaling side. 

Perhaps we can connect to chat about potentially working together and benefiting each other through our markets.

Glad to hear you're interested in investing in the Cleveland market. My team and I flip, buy and hold and at times wholesale over in Cleveland. We currently have 9 of our own properties either in escrow or already in the works of being rehabbed or finishing up rehab. Perhaps we can get something in the works together and see where that takes us.

@Kaela Marable Hi there Kaela! We just finished attending a California meetup today that was solely focused on Cleveland. We are also leaving today to Cleveland and are also hosting a meetup there on Saturday at 6pm at the Fairmount cocktail bar.

We also regularly host a meet up in Newport Beacb once a month on a Tuesday.

Do you happen to Buy the properties and rehab them through contractors or do you use turn key companies as well?

Hey everyone, I’m looking to start on finding my first deal within the Midwestern and southeastern states. Such as Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, etc. It would be my first deal but have been learning and reading about business and real Estate investing since I was 18 and I just turned 20 and now have enough funds to start investing.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can refer me to a real estate agent or wholesaler In those areas in order to find that first deal. Hopefully one day I’d be able to return the favor and even be able to help another beginner like me.

I'm primarily looking for multi family properties for buy and hold.
