In C areas of Indianapolis and Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Looking to buy a fully rehabbed house in the 1316 Indianapolis 46208 area and am concerned about it being a war zone.

Is this a neighborhood I should stay away from and if so what areas should I be looking at?

Thanks Josh but can you elaborate why you wouldn't invest there and maybe some other areas I should investigate?
