I am new to everything. I want to wholesale. Have no income to start with. I'm eager to start want to get my first deal to see how it all works. I work full-time. 125 hours every 2 weeks and want to work this hard for myself. Looking to talk to anyone willing to help. Want to know what contracts I need, and how to compile lists of potential investors
