@Aaron Hicks already in action lol active in 11 different markets at the moment. made this post to help out any new investors who didn’t know how or where to start.

@Cornelius Charles Absolutely but to get there first deal that’s the best option In my opinion. For him to focus on 1 marketing channel and be consistent with it. Now if he & his wife has capital that’s a different story but even still. I can agree to disagree.

@Isaiah Ortiz-Hoyle Yes personally, yes because you can do ground work if needed in your own city& then venture out virtually. Yup you got it man

@Dominique Pratt it’s up to you I mean you if you wanna buy a list then, you know do so. But both methods you named are effective. Just stay consistent with whatever you think you wanna go with..

@Nicholas Bourque Honestly man the most effective way is to just find 1 marketing channel and stick with it man. Direct 100% focus into that and guarantee you and wife will do just fine getting your first deal.

Hey guys I understand how frustrating it can be starting out in wholesaling real estate.. so I would like to help as many individuals as I possibly can with questions or guidance on how you can close your first deal! Please reach out I’ll be glad to help.
