Hello BP,

I have been looking at the many wholesaler contracts here on BP. The purchase and sale agreements the assignment of contracts, you know the vital legal instruments needed in the transaction of real estate. I have been told and have done my own research on the fact that you should always seek assistance from an attorney before having anyone sign anything. With that being said, how much does this typically cost? To be specific, how much would one typically pay an attorney to review and or modify their contracts (A to B and B to C), to ensure that they are legally binding, they can be used without penalty, and that offer the investor the protective clauses? I know there may not be an exact figure on the price, but could someone who has had an attorney look over or modify your contracts please lend a word or two on the subject...
