Is there anyway to get free mentoring or coaching. My wife and I are just starting out and looking to do wholesale for now. Any ideas?

Hello, My wife and I are looking to get started into wholesaling and was wondering if anyone had any tips. The reason we are getting into to wholesaling is we want to start somewhere before we start flipping and or other strategies. Thank you any help is appreciated.
