I've been listening to several of the BP podcasts for about 9 months. I love the idea of real estate investing but I am suffering from "Analysis Paralysis". Before I start investing, I am thinking that I need to have "my Team" solidified (Contractor/ property Inspector, property management, realtor, etc).

Any advice for me on who would be good to connect with in the San Antonio area? I live out of state, but wanted to buy in this area. Any advice on good reference books to guide me through my first deal?

Thanks

Dallas
