As I get started with investing, I think having a mentor would benefit me greatly, I feel like I am stuck and don’t know where to go from where I am at. Does anyone know any great mentors or anyone willing to mentor me along my journey or help get me started? This would be a great help!

Since my last forum post, I have been doing research for important team members and learned of three people I need. These people would be lenders, property managers, and real estate agents. I would like to know more about them before I get started with my venture.

My plan would be to find properties that need attention and repairs, fix them, and rent them out. It would be great if anyone could message me about these topics and help with any questions I have before I get started. Thank you everyone for the help!

Thank you to everyone who responded to my last forum post, it was very informative and helpful! I was doing more research and looking for meet up groups in my area. I've seen others mention about building a team and I am wondering who would I need for my strategy. I'm still using the BRRRR method. Thank you everyone!
