I am looking to invest in or around the Atlanta Georgia area. I am searching for a 5+ unit apartment building. I am looking to move my money out of the stock market and into real estate, fortunate enough for me financing and money is not a problem and I am very eager to buy a property ASAP. Hi everyone, I want to thank you guys in advance for helping me out with this report. I am not sure if all the expenses are accurate or not. I would have the tenants pay most of their utilities. Please give me your honest opinion I won't be offended because if the numbers don't add up I am not going to try and rationalize buying this quadplex. I think the rent prices are a little low for the area each unit is renting out at $837 a month, I would try to bump each unit to $875 or $900 but also living in one unit. I appreciate all criticism and looking forward to your expert opinions!
