I have a house I’m trying to find the arv of but it’s not showing the bathrooms or the bedrooms on Zillow or any other free site . Any way I can find out that info

I brought a home back in 2014 and yes I have a loan on it , that was before I started leaning about real estate and owning a multi unit . Is it possible if I could get another loan but in a business name and buy a multi unit ?

I have a question about the names people choose to name their company . I see a lot of names that’s you says abc investments and their is a lot of names that includes property solutions . Is their a difference when it comes to getting loans that they will look at the company name.

I contacted a developer and asked if he would want me to go find land for him to build on , he said yeah and gave my a list of zip codes to search in , the problem is that I don’t know how to get the arc for land . Is their anyone out there who’s specialized in wholesaling land ?
