Thanks @Paul Timmins for the info. I plan to invest in Canada. But to be perfectly honest, i have zero knowledge in real estate and would just like to educate my self first. Just read the beginner's guide, lots of info (good info) to chew. Will take a look at those pod cast too.

@Gary McGowan pleasure to meet an investor in GTA. Thanks for the welcome and invite. For now I'm just exploring the site & see what I can learn from here. Maybe in the near future I could attend one of those meetup. I'll keep in touch. Thanks again.

Thanks Jordan. The flipping formula I signed up for is the initial 2-hr free training. But I read some reviews that it's just an intro to a longer training/seminar that will cost thousands of dollars. I will cancell my registration & will not attend anymore. Will just do readings & hopefully learn from this site.

Hi. My name is Feldalee. I have no experience in real estate other than when my husband & I bought our home back in 2007. I have a friend who asked me in the past to invest in real estate but since I do not have experience & knowledge, I was afraid and declined. Now I am thinking of getting into it and signed up with the "The Flipping Formula" to get some knowledge but when I checked reviews regarding them, I came across this website.

I am not sure where to start in the real estate world of investment...Glad I found this site...
