Check out Canyon Spring landscaping.. His name is Ryan Thrasher, he originated in Texas.. I had the pleasure of working a job with him, and witnessed excellent results. He has great online ratings also. http://www.canyonspringslandscaping.com I'm a real estate broker myself, and he's my first recommendation to clients for landscaping! Best of luck

Hey Tyler! If you aren't working with a real estate agent already, I may be able to help you. I'm a real estate agent with the mind of an investor. We could make for a great team! I have the resources needed for information, a calculative mind, and excellent negotiating skills! The best part is (and you may already know this) the seller pays me! Have a nice day! Thanks for posting! Dale Crafts 402-0822

Would anyone be willing to share how they approach a direct contact to home owners? I have read on forums how other people use this tactic to find homes to flip. Any success stories, or tips on how to do so? Anything helps!

||Fundamentals||

Would anyone be willing to share their methods of understanding local markets, and calculating the best times to buy distressed properties for investment? I know it may be a generic or simple question, but going back to the basics always reminds me of key tactics!

Thank you family!!
