Quote from @Justin Bauer:

Minnesota has alot of real state groups to join . All of them are free for first time learners.

Hope to see you at some Daniel. I run a virtual meetup group at succsess and money and would love to have sit in.

Would love to... we are somewhat sequestered until spring for the health of a family member as we need to get through cold/flu/rsv season before getting back to socializing... however it gives me some time to peruse BP and get a base of information under my belt.

Quote from @Tristan O'Reilly:

Welcome Dalby! Lots of good information in these forums. How old is your son?

Well he's pretty young LOL... however being an older parent (and a strategy guy in my day job) I likely think too much about this stuff :-)

New member here and just so much information here not even sure where to start lol.

Not chasing riches and too old to be a RE mogul... Corp guy all my life however I have always loved RE... had some big wins and a loss or two. I am more interested in just learning whatever I can and networking with other investors; builders; developers to provide my son a knowledge base to build on should he choose to do so.

Hope that doesn't sound ridiculous.
