I want to say hello and let the community know I am here exploring. I'm a resident of San Jose, CA, and am a former business owner who is now back to the 9-5. My goal is to define and execute on a path to exit the 9-5, and that has led me here. I've been on/off learning about R/E investing since mid 2007. I started all fired up from reading Rich Dad books and then fell victim (willingly I must admit) to Guru magic. I'm past that (survived) and am enjoying BP, including 'The Book on Flipping Houses, by J Scott' I'm in the meat, ch-12. As to action: I have one potential deal I'm shooting at and will hopefully share on this in near future. I'm so happy to have an opportunity to learn from you all and I hope to one day contribute to the benefit of others. Cheers!
