Hello!

Does anyone own any multifamily or commercial properties on Tybee Island, GA?
Looking for:

BRRRR or Buy/Hold
Own personal unit while renting other units to travelers.
Tips on the island/area year-round
Commercial properties acceptable
Long term investors and out of state (GA) investors.

Thank you! Looking forward to future connections!

Hi @Ciel Tierra,

Unfortunately, it could take a while, with or without a professional tax appeal service.

Which property tax appeal route are you taking? In Indiana, there are two types of property tax appeals: subjective appeals and objective appeals. Subjective is based on the taxpayer's or homeowner's judgment of the property. Whereas, Objective is based on factual items misrepresented by the property description on the tax record (such as a garage, when there is no garage on the property).
