Hi everyone! My name is dakota, im 23 and from statesville nc. I am looking to start a realestate investing company and am in need of some proper guidance into wholesaling. I am a complete beginner and i have never done any deals I am also in school going to get my realestate license as well. I have been looking for some closing attorneys to add to my team but havent yet been able to find any that are willing to work with me. So my main reason behind this post or “question” is. Does anyone know of or is already doing deals with ith any in my area? Im in iredell county, “statesville NC”and am looking for attorneys in and around my county that are willing to work with investors and wholesalers. If anyone knows of any i would greatly appreciate it if you could somehow steer me in there direction. Thank you all!!

@Leo Jurado thank you i appreciate it very much. Im new to this site. Is there any way to private message you and talk back and forth on what i need to do to get started? And build a wholesaling buisness? I know you said you were new as well but anything helps haha.

Hey everyone, i am new to wholesaling and investing. I am a full time college student and in realestate school attempting to get my license. I am looking to see if anyone is in NC and would allow me to connect with them. And kind of guide me in the right direction to get started. With things like finding a wholesaler/investor friendly attorney/title company, finding all of the legal docs, creating a power team, LLC, etc thank you in advance and hope to here from someone soon!
