Complete scam. Ignore his emails or mention you’re no longer in the market if he persists.

Pretty sure I found yet another scammer. A random person by the name of Heinrich Scott (with no email signature) sent me the attached PDF below. They spoke as if we’d been having a conversation for days!

Thanks for sharing! That absolutely sucks, man. Now you know what a scammer looks like! They can take all shapes and sizes, but remember those red flags for next time. Hope you find good financing for your property!

Anyone heard of this hard money and business lender?

Capital Landing LLC

https://www.capitallandingllc.com/

Speaking with a Facebook user on Messenger who claims to be involved with them somehow. They apparently offer 95% financing for beginning investors. They said there are upfront fees, so I certainly won’t be using them, but wanted to hear your experiences!

Post: Best Investor Software??

Pin vs RehabValuator vs Flipster vs PropStream vs DealCloud vs SendFuse/Dealio vs Etc. Etc. Wanted to start a discussion covering people’s opinions of the best investor software out there! My biggest thing would be an all-in-one suite (Pin and Flipster seem like the best bet). I’m currently using RehabValuator, which is by far the cheapest and most limited option out there. Any thoughts…?

Hey, guys! I do believe Flipster (as of 11/2021) does now allow 10,000 leads on the basic plan. I guess the competition shook them up! Not sure if this link will work, but here’s the landing page where I heard that…

https://flippingmastery.com/ms...

Grab the 100 leads for $1 and then the page after that will explain the full new updated Flipster features. PS, I am not affiliated with them whatsoever. I’ve also been trying to find a good investor software and currently use RehabValuator which is cheaper but obviously limited in its use. I would definitely recommend SendFuse and Dealio by Lee Arnold of Cogo Capital and also Pin by Ross Hamilton of Connected Investors. Not sure yet, as I’m still researching, but I think Pin looks honestly like the best of all of these softwares and is about the same price. Cheers and happy investing!

I’m in the process of comparing term sheets from several lenders for a fix&flip deal in my area. Would love to see what you both offer. Thank you for your answers!

Yeah, he just claimed he's from a company called Global West Funding. I did some research, and they were involved in a Ponzi Scheme a while back. His emails are getting more and more... sketchy. @AidanWong What type of funding do you do? I'd be interested to know.

Hi, guys! I recently saw a post on an Oklahoma investor Facebook group composed by a man names Chris Arciga (or maybe it's Arciga Chris). He offers any loan size and type, at 5% interest. Sounds pretty sweet! He is not a hard money lender, but after reaching out to him via email, he replied that he is a private lender. I filled out an application and am waiting for him to get back. Just wondering if anyone has heard of or used his services? Any advice concerning him would be appreciated. Thanks!
