rent per unit was 700. I ended up passing on it. They already had 4 other offers. Thank yall for the help

The place is very nice. I was thinking it just needed probably some touch up paint and didnt really see much more. The rental amount was all the unit added up for what they are renting now. I know I can get more than what's on there. Do you recommend something else on financing? I am still learning on the loans area. Please give me all the advice you got!

Thanks,

Dakota

Jamie McCauley Congrats on your first flip
Thank you for the advice. Definitely consider all these options. This is my first time putting a house on the market for rent. Definitely going to need a property manager around the Dover, TN area.

Interesting!! I like that 600 credit score. I didnt think of it before. I posted the post online and was saying early February. Didnt realize I was going to get so many messages. If you dont mind sharing with me what does your application form look like?

I just put my other house up for rent and didn't think about the whole process before putting it up. How do I do background checks on the people looking to rent?
