Thank you all some much on the feedback I will take all your words of wisdom and apply it. This is what I got so far the 50k homes are in a good location less then a mile from the University of Augusta one way and a little over a mile the the major hospital. Given that there are a few ways to get tenants. Mortgage rates are $300.00 a month and the rent in the area is 600 to 624 what are your thoughts thank you in advance

I was looking in augusta georgia they have a lot of 50k homes down there some go a little higher the ones I've seen they do need work maybe 10k to 15k is what I was thinking to put in the home would really like your feedback on the ideal thanks in advance

Hi again i think is very important to get the meet ups going in all aspects. We all want that freedom to get our time back. Some people and do this by their self but for the rest of us the push the grind the hustle. To move ahead we can really brainstorm on getting deals. Keep your head up and we will get the meet up going soon ttyl

What do you think about buying 50k homes to start your first deal in other words getting your feet wet. I would really appreciate what you think?

@Alison P Rachiell. Thank you for your response and now with one the others will come so write out to light that fire. Then maybe just maybe we can close our first deal or second or more. Team work makes the dream work

As a new family member i really want to do a deep dive with people and light a fire here in las vegas . We have all the tools here right in front of us and being so new to this I think im going to start a meet-up here soon then. Now the hawaiian is coming out in me cuz i stay hungry......

Today is the day we really try to make a difference in our lives but to achieve that we have to come together and knock this mental block and just do it. I would really appreciate it if you my new family "ohana" come and make a new meet up we can sit down and eat some pupu's and really dig in ok enough with the chit chat let's get the job done if you are available please write back on this post hope to hear from you soon.

@Dajuan Taylor sorry I'm a truck driver and so you know I have no knowledge of what and how I should begin but one thing is for sure I want to start out in single family homes. I would love to get together for some coffee or tea and begin to pick your brain a little bit.
