Thank you for your response. yes we wholesale mostly. I have a few flips of my own under my belt. I'm a licensed GC so I got caught up in building everyone else's projects and put my own on the back-burner. But I don't do mailers. i have a mini call center set up where I pay dialers to make calls to potential deals. I appreciate it and will be down there in 2 weeks to get a lay of the land and get things set up before we completely move down

What are so.e strategies for the area? What are the best places to start?

Good afternoon investors. My family and I will be taking our talents to Charlotte in a few months. As I close this chapter in Minnesota and start new in North Carolina, I was looking to see was there anyone within the forum doing deals in Charlotte. I'd like to know the best title company for investors? What are some hot areas that have been working for wholesales? Is the state investor friendly? What works for the area and what doesn't? please feel free to leave any helpful advice. I'm seasoned but I always like to hear from boots on the ground!
