Quote from @Jonathan Greene:

I would not put those in the same database. Your realtor CRM should only be doing realtor things and it won't work for investing. You can use a free CRM (or low cost) for investing like HubSpot and not make a dent.

Most CRMs will have a way to make new "Lists" or "Tags" to segment the leads you are getting in. I highly recommend that even if you combine lists, you still have a way to know where each contact came from originally for more effective marketing and targeted messaging. The CRM you are currently paying for, may still have the functionality you are looking for. If not, they are plenty of free ones out there that can.

As far as tools recommendations, I agree with Jonathan, HubSpot is a great free CRM that allows you to make custom tags/lists and can have contact forms embedded in webpages, popups, sidebars, or stand alone form links to easily share in email newsletters/online forums.

I hope that information is helpful,

Daisy
