I'm debating whether or not I should let my contractor buy the materials for the job. What do you guys recommend I should do to go about this the right way?

Hello, everyone. I got a question I've found a property that's already had its rehab I also have someone looking for a house this size what course of action should I take to make sure I get this deal and cash flow on it. Thank you all in advance.

So Im trying to find a Hard money lender for my first deal. I've found three to consider but Im wanting your guys opinion and past relations with these company's if you have used them.

Im looking at this house for $10K. It was built in 1880 and its a 4 bed 2 bath brick house on a big lot. What are some common things I should look for in these older brick homes? If you need any other details just reply and ill get back ASAP.

When should I take out a HELOC on my property when I renovated it. Like should I wait a month or two or year?
