Im looking at this house for $10K. It was built in 1880 and its a 4 bed 2 bath brick house on a big lot. What are some common things I should look for in these older brick homes? If you need any other details just reply and ill get back ASAP.

is it required to have your license to BRRR houses? or does it depend on my location? and my last question is how did you guys come up with the funds for your first place?
