Post: Purchasing via Seller/Owner Financing

I began contemplating when I should start my real estate investing and watching a few of the Biggerpocket videos on youtube made me ask, "why not now". I don't have the W2 or a job that would allow me to use conventional or FHA loans to purchase homes, but via seller/owner financing, I wish to pursue my target and share my story!

I have been looking around the internet the past two weeks scouring for multi-tenant residential real estate with seller/owner financing but failed to find the property that fits the checklist I have created. Given how large and amazing this community, I thought I'd give it a try to post my situation here.

If anyone in or around (an hour drive) Ann Arbor, Michigan looking to sell a property through seller finance, I would love to meet with you and talk about my life and goals! Please let me know what you think :)

Hello,

I am currently a sophomore in college, and I see all these other kids leasing houses and spending a fortune on rent. I was thinking about a way to take advantage of this and pay off a house at an early age. I was if there was a good website or you had any tips to understand the concept of finding and analyzing a great property near the campus. Please let me know!
