Hello Investors!

I am an investor agent looking to build relationships with investors. From the investor standpoint, what are some keys you investors would want to see from an agent that draw you to an agent? How do I bring value to you as an investor? I understand how real estate investors think and how it's about the numbers. Also I understand how on and off market work. What more do I need to bring value outside of knowledge and low commission percentage? Thank you!

I am seeking podcasters who are detailed and make wholesaling clear. Who would y’all recommend?
