Guys, we have a change of plans. Mary Heed will not be able to make it this month, but we have another speaker joining us. He is Frank Villano, from Basement Solutions of the Hudson Valley. He will be discussing some very important factors such as...what to look for in a foundation when buying a house! Because, you know, the foundation of a house is pretty important. He will be discussing all things basements and foundations. Be sure to join us --same bat time, same bat channel. Hope to see you all there!

@John Hickey Yes, our focus is Orange County because that's our home base, but we welcome investors from everywhere; and we do widen our scope to include other areas of the region if it seems fruitful. I know that we have a few investors who are interested in Newburgh City, and they're aware that it's best to invest with caution there -- since, for now, much of the opportunity lies in the seeming inevitable (positive) change coming to the city. Thanks for the link. I will check it out. John, I hope you can make it to the meeting. I'm very much looking forward to meeting you.
