I've been wanting to get into foreclosure auction sales here in my county. There is a property I want to bid on in the next week or so.  There is just one think Im not sure of, and that is the final judgement total. If the final judgement is 20k and I win the bidding with lets say 25k do I own the property free in clear once its settled or would I then be responsible for the mortgage payments left over on top of my bidding win? Thank you in advance

Sutton, D

Good Afternoon BP,

I’ve come across a deal on a few acres of off market land that I would like to develop. It in my hometown area. This would be my second real estate transaction. I’m trying to do this deal with out the need of a realtor agent and I’m purchasing cash. Can anyone guide me in the right route/steps to achieve this without getting screwed? Seller extremely motivated!

Good Afternoon BP,

I recently posted about a my first property I had under contract. We finally closed like a month ago! It currently cash flows around 350 per month. It was appraised for 74,000 but we got it for 64,000. I’m wanting to get my next property before the end of the year. I was wondering what ways I could use my current property to get another? or what are my options?

Thank you in advance

@Tucker Cummings I have a family so we take up space. After a year we’ll have a little equity and have it rent ready. Thanks for the advice and feedback
