My question is, how do I go about getting a house under contract? I am in Memphis, Tn. Where do I get the contract? What clauses are needed in the contract? etc etc

@Curt Davis I just browsed both sites about an hour ago and I realized that. I look at M.I.G. schedule and I mentioned to my girlfriend about the "Getting Start Right" class and I figured that was something I needed to attend. So September 12th will be the next meeting right? I'll make sure to attend. @Mehran K. yes he is helping with whatever he can. He is basically helping me to avoid some of the things he had to deal with.

Hey my name is Devin Davis. I reside in Memphis, Tn. I am 23 years old and I'm currently in the process of trying to obtain my real estate license. I actually took the state exam yesterday but failed the National portion unfortunately. I will be retaking it on the 3rd of September. Wish me luck! I've been interested in getting into the wholesale/investing side of real estate. Honestly not too sure where to start but i am learning as i go & reading a lot of helpful material. My girlfriend's father holds an RE license and does rehabbing and he is also a contractor. He is helping me also. But anyways, just wanted to say whats up to everyone. I'll be on the site to gain all the knowledge that i can.
