Hello group!

My name is Dwayne and I am a general contractor, former realtor (licensed in retirement), and former (loan officer). I have built single family homes, rehabbed residential and commercial property, tenant build outs, and renovated multifamily units for the private sector, community development organizations, and non-profits. Due to the decline or non-existence of new home sales my company is focusing on weatherization and energy efficiency in the short-term. Long-term I am seeking multifamily purchase/ rehab opportunities to reposition for sale and hold. I also use a portion of my profits from my construction comapny to build clinics, vocational schools, and oprhanages in Ghana West Africa, Togo, and Haiti. Looking forward to meeting fellow investors.
