@John Warren Thank you! It is a 2B 1BA house in Peoria. It didn’t need much work which was nice and the seller actually agreed to repair the block in the pipes, causing slow drainage in the bathroom, and covered the switch from 60amp to 100amp. This could not have gone any better! We are currently looking for the next Investment in the same area. The plan is to buy investment properties as quickly as possible. Are you an investor as well?

Hello everyone! I am so happy to have found the Bigger Pockets forum. I’ve learned so much and I am constantly picking up “quick tips” everywhere I go. I have one rental property and I am looking to grow my portfolio. I currently work as a help desk technician for AldI and I love it but I do not see myself staying in a cubicle until I retire. I have been pre-approved for a 30k loan to purchase my next rental property and at this point I am looking for tips or advice on next steps. Thank you!
