Yeah looking for a property priced 300-400k. SF/MF does not matter as it will be solely for rental purposes.

What are the best investment cities to buy property in currently? 

Criteria:

- Should fetch almost the same amount of EMI. 

- Around 300-400k. 

- Should increase property values in another 10 years.
