@Kendrise Colebeooke Doesn't sound like a good deal be it your only one or not.

Patience is needed!

@Shannon Beavers. I'm not sure where you're located but I do know that here in Kansas the person buying the foreclosure cannot have the people losing their home involved in the new purchase. So you might want to check on that before getting to involved.

Some banks are the same way on foreclosures.

@Shere Hansell Hi Shere. Please contact me when you move into Kansas. I'm in Leavenworth.

Thank you for the consideration.

@Steven Hamilton II Thank you Steven.

@John Warren Thank you John. It's what I thought but wanted to double chech my memory!

If a seller has the property listed with a RE Agent can I still approach the seller or do I need to go through the Agent? Does it need to be "Exclusive Right to Sell" agreement?

If so, what role does that Agent play in forming deal?

If not, does the Agent still receive a commission?

Thank you for your answers!

Cindi

Could I call you? When would be a good time to call?

@Steven Hamilton II. Could you please mention a couple of the bigger opportunities I might be missing. Even just briefly if you would please. Rubbing these two nickles together is wearing them thin! Hahaha!

@Steven Hamilton II. Thank you Steven! After the Kansas fee for filing LLC, getting domain name & setting up website with SEO's, business cards etc. I'm really hoping there's not many more expenses to incur right away! Hahaha

@Chris K. Thank you Chris. It was next on my list!
