On iPad/iPhone there's more choice and better designed apps with more features - Landlordy, Property Buddy, DIY Landlord, also Housters and Landlord Studio.

I'm a small investor (5 single family homes) and have been using Quicken Rental Manager 2014 to manage the properties.  Honestly, I find it only slightly useful and often frustrating. I would like to find a program that is app based so I can manage on the go on my android and still print year end documents for tax purposes. What apps are you all using?
