I’m getting pretty far into wholesaling... I’m at the stage where I need to start making mass calls, texts, emails, D4D etc... I want to know maybe your guys best and most successful lists or strategies you guys use to get the most leads, and call backs... mainly lists and where to find them and what to ask for.

This is my second post...the first one was more of a test run... but I am trying to find a CRM software to use for wholesaling, I want to be able to hold all my information, phone numbers, notes, etc.. does anyone have any they use and really like?

I want to use it for wholesaling real estate, more to hold all my leads and calls. With ability to have notes on each call made. Mainly to have everything in one place

I appreciate the advice
