Hi - if we have experience professionally managing and buying real estate (for the company we work for), would it be easier to have a bank lend to a LLC if we made a separate entity for a small side investment?

Any suggestions on good markets for a first investment? Looking for a single family or multifamily that is 1-2 hours outside of NYC. Anyone have any experience with the Bronx?
