@Curtis Worth im looking into this to make money with low start up you basically just make sure everything is signed and send back the loan documents to lender my ultimate goal is to flip homes I need tp build some start up forst though

Is being a loan signing agent a solid business I would like to hear peoples experiences with this business and also if anyone is doing this in Michigan also I would like to hear about this anyones advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated!

@Manuel Prado I'm trying to wholesale residential I've just read so much that I wasnt sure if I should mail normal letters yellow letters or postcards for best respinse rate with quality leads and how many to mail to have a high chance of landing a deal?
