Has anyone tried or heard of Overagechecks.com I'm looking for a solid course to invest in that I can potentially see a return within a month or two. I viewed the webinar a few days ago and they mentioned these deals close faster than wholesales. I'm very interested in purchasing this course just wondering if it's legit.

When Dealing with pre foreclosure property that's already listed with a Realtor. After getting the option contract agreed to by the seller how does the listing agreement work. Do I go on the listing agreement as a co listee? How do I get control of the listing price to attract an end buyer?
