Hello Everyone,

I have officially decided to get into real estate investing. I have begun listening to podcasts and reading article, but I am in the early stages. Can anyone recommend any books I should read or anything I should look at. My current plan is to get certified a real estate agent in CT and focus on selling on my off days (Thurs, Fri, and Sat). Next, I would like to purchase a few multi-family units in New Haven, Meriden, or Wallingford. I have a steady cash flow from my current employer, but would like to focus on one house at a time (purchase to renting). Please feel free to share if any of this is a bad idea or any recommendations. I have owned my own home since 2011 and I still have a mortgage on it if that helps. Thank you for your time and I look forward to learning from you all.
