As a wholesaler what is a good amount to put down for a EMD ? Also Does the title company that you use have to be in the same state as the property you have under contract ?

@Joe Splitrock

Your absolutely right Mr.Splitrock ! And it’s nice to meet you . As displayed my name is Curtis Delgardo II I am 23 years old from Seattle , WA . A recent college graduate from The Hampton University , receiving my B.s in Kinesiology . After graduating in unfortunate time (covid) period , It opened my eyes to how Important it is to have ownership and appreciating assets . So I have been looking for new ways to establish my self and start developing assets so if / when we are faced with times like we are currently in I am in position to help my family and others maintain plus strive in the world . And that is when I started looking into the real estate business . Being fresh I wanted to get my foot in the door through wholesaling because I believe it is a great opportunity to network and build with others who are trying / achieving like minded goals . but also gain more knowledge and tools from those who have came before me that will aid to my success in this industry . I believe hands on experience is the best experience . So I figured I have to start somewhere ! I have done my due diligence in the past months by studying and learning the ins and out of the job and how to be of help to an investor the best way possible . I am ready and motivated to get after it and find deals , learning from whatever mistakes my come my way in the process !

I hope this gave you better insight on who I am and why I got into wholesaling hopefully one day we could work together .

Be blessed 🤝
