NFCU, LFCU, Old Point, require the property to be in my name instead of the entity. I havent tried changing title yet due to not having much knowledge on it.

Hey guys, I currently have a buy and hold property in Hampton, VA that I used hard money to purchase and renovate. The property is under my LLC. The hard money lender is more than willing to do a cash out refinance on the home but I rather use a bank. It's been challenging to find a bank that will do it other than my hard money lender. Are their any banks that would do a cash out refinance on the home under my entity? Once again I'm located in Virginia.
