Hi all!

As the title suggests I am a newbie from Lubbock, TX and I've just recently started on my path to real estate investing. 

I'm getting married in November and I was looking up apartments and duplexes in my area trying to get an idea of where we would live and how much rent would be. I stumbled upon BP when I did a search for what questions I should ask when renting because I let my excitement overtake my judgement in the past when signing a lease agreement and being disappointed on move in day. This website was the first search result and I'm not sure if I found it or it found me. 

Right now I'm just a sponge absorbing all the information I can about investing and which method would be the best for me.

I look forward to becoming an active member here on BP and learning all I can from everyone here!
