Thanks for the feedback Thomas. I'll certainly reach out to Tony Pena regarding funding - thanks for the referral.  Yes I can imagine finding the right team for the improvements is a challenge - I'll keep that in mind and will be sure to reach out to several.  Is there anyone in particular you'd recommend?

Hello Tyler and Thomas - thanks for reaching out.

Tyler I do see your direct message and will reply to you there.

Thomas congratulations on your 16 purchases - amazing!  I can only imagine what a great thing that's been for you and your family and can imagine your efforts must have really been instrumental in improving the community.  I'm curious, why did you choose Lubbock?  Do you live there?  And even if you live there I imagine you considered other areas and still chose Lubbock.  What in your experience are the benefits and drawbacks of Lubbock?

I'm also curious about financing.  Are there local lenders who'll loan less that 50k?

From what I can see that is a great town with an amazing diversity of industries and has experienced steady growth for several decades now.

Looking forward to hearing back from you Thomas.

Hello BP members - I've been a member for a month or so now and this is my first outreach effort here.  I'm looking forward to learning more about property investment as a second career, sharing my experience as an architect, and most importantly meeting some folks with like-minded goals.

I'm currently doing sub 60k single-family residence BRRRR market research and have narrowed it down to a few areas that all appear to be good options: Kansas City KS/MO, Wichita KS, Lubbock TX, Amarillo TX, and Klamath Falls OR. I would really appreciate it if anyone would be willing to share their knowledge and experience in out-of-state market research, sub 60k market analysis, and/or with any of these cities.

All the best, Curt
