yes and @jamie

@Jamie Banks is there a way to get funds out quickly such as via a casheir's check in some way from baselane if your capital is in their accts or do you still need to keep money in a local acct you can go to and get for purchasing a property or larger costs?

Is baselane and hemlane the same company?    Or are these two completely separate things that do not coordinate together?   I'm seeing people talk about banking/managing financials with baselane and using hemlane or rentredi for management.

Hello,

quick question are hemlane and baselane the same company or do these two systems work together?  Would it make sense to have baselane for banking and rentredi for free if you're a BP pro instead?

Thanks!

Quote from @Elise Bickel Tauber:

@Danny Duran

I keep a list of the areas I currently have managements in and it is for any occupancy of any length for most boros.

If you want to message me your email address I can email your list.

Hi Elise, I would also like to inquire about this list as I was going to start into STR or MTR. Thanks!

@Scott Trench and @Peter Shutt.  I was thinking that the rent estimator was from BP Insights too but wasn't sure if that was it.  I have been listening to On the Market as well thanks both of you for the reply have a great day!

Hi I'm gearing up to start actively looking for my first deal and I was wondering did BP Insights disappear?  I don't see a link for it on the site here but I just started BP Pro and hadn't used it before.

Thanks in advance!

I'd be interested in a BP meetup as well.  I am in the education/saving phase looking to buy my first property in the Pittsburgh area end of 2021 or first quarter of 2022.  I'd like to see if you all get a meetup together or if you need help in

''

any way message me.  Thanks!

Thanks everyone for the great responses I appreciate them very much.  @Alex Deacon thanks for the investment group recommendation for our area that is a great idea.  @Jed Haslam-Walker thanks so much for the thorough response and taking the time to do that.  @Jeremy Taggart I actually took a friend and current investor out for a round of golf to pick his brain on some of this last week and it was very helpful.  Also, @Anthony Dadlani that is a great point so I will take my time learning for a bit but try not to overanalyse and get stuck in this phase too long.  Thanks again everyone.
