@Paul S That's exactly what I plan to do! Any podcast that you hold in higher value for a rookie that I should start with? Thanks!

James Caruso SFR, wholesaling and eventually multi-family rentals are where I'm wanting to focus. Not really familiar with house hacking of you wouldn't mind breaking that down a bit for me. Also interested in what realistic options there are for acquiring properties with little money, being as young as I am upfront costs are my biggest setback. Is a real estate license worth it? And how would you suggest maybe finding a mentor in my area? Sorry for the multiple questions I'm just wanting to learn as much as possible! Thanks

Hey everyone I'm brand new to BP so I'll try to keep it brief as possible. I'm 20 yrs old and have become extremely interested in the opportunities that real estate investing can bring. My one struggle is that after watching plenty of videos reading the books and doing research, I feel like I don't know where to focus my new knowledge, and how to get that first deal in motion. I don't know really know how to make the first step and would like advice from someone who has the on hand experience. I'm in the gulf coast area and feel that it is a great market right now. A bit off topic, but I'd also like advice on how you overcome the sometimes judgmental outlook on young faces in the industry. Thanks for any advice!
