Has anyone ever used businesstrackrealty.com? It’s a website that has off market deals.

Hello, I am fairly new to wholesaling and fix and flip. I am trying to learn as much as possible & I would love to hook up with someone in the Houston area & shadow them or just connect with them. I am currently in Real Estate school to get my license. I have little experience in the field but I am ready to start expanding, networking & connecting with the right people. I have already bought a LLC, started sending out yellow letters, putting out bandit signs, cold calling & social media marketing. I just need to follow someone with more experience.
