Up until October I was a meter reader for the local water dept. I quit 'cause the pay is low and I was only getting 32 hours, 36 if I was lucky. I started working for a Realtor that needed an assistant to help handle his pre-foreclosure leads but things have slowed down a bit 'cause we don't have buyers for some of the shortsales and other deals that we have. We're both new at shortsales and pre-foreclosures but when I started I thought he knew what he was doing.

Don't quit your day job.
I may go back to my old job if the rei doesn't pick up soon. Luckily I left on good terms. :D Of course I'll keep doing the rei.

I think that's a matter of personal opinion. I would venture to say that
most people who can't get a checking account would think chek systems
is bad. Those who have or can get a checking account probably have
nothing against chek systems.

I think most would agree that's it's not good if chek systems stops you
from opening up a checking account.

Hope this helps! :type:

Carmie here from Chicago's southern suburbs. I'm self-employed as a
newbie investor, a candle distributor, and a portal director. I have two
and a half grandkids and four grown kids that keep me happy and busy
(not necessarily in that order.)

I tried investing a couple of years ago and lost two houses to foreclosure.
Learned a lot during the process. And gave up for a while.

Now I want to focus on assigning and/or flipping with preforeclosures,
short sales and reos. With the support of this network I feel much more
confident I can succeed doing things the right way.

Thanks!

P.S. HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!!!

Hello folks!

My name is Carmelita Sams from Chicago's south suburban area.
I'm self-employed as a newbie investor, a candle distributor, and
a portal director.

Actually I tried investing a couple of years ago and lost a couple
of properties in foreclosure. Learned a lot during the process.

Now I'm looking to put deals together to assign or flip. Mainly
through preforeclosure and short sales. Reos too.

Thanks!

P.S. Happy holidays to all! :green:
