@Jeremy Hackenberg Wow. I’m in the Los Angeles market and everything is close to a million or more. $50k?! Wowsers.

@Joe Alford No, I most certainly wouldn’t. People say business is business, but ALL of our actions affect the world and are not in some making money bubble where every action is justified by the bottom line. Sometimes doing what seems the most decent thing isn’t the best for the bank account in that moment. I’m all for making profit, but the world doesn’t need more greed at the expense of a 102 human being. I think it’s shameful and most certainly there are other temporary options that would be more decent for all. Also, if she’s 102, how much longer is she really going to be living there anyway?! Everyone has a right to their opinion, but, frankly, I’m appalled some people think making money justifies any behavior. Sometimes there’s just thoughtful human decency or a lack of it.

Beautiful job, Anthony!

I'd love to work with you if you ever need a 3rd! I was a producer for 15 years, but am just getting into REI. I don't want to share anymore of what I might offer here unsolicited, but if you're ever looking to expand your team, I am possibly the most organized human you've ever met, (or at least in the top 3 ;)), am passionate about this field, and am looking to get connected with a flipping team to add my strengths to. I see this post was SOME time ago, but you never know, so thought I would comment.

I am here and am happy to be tapped for help or even just a conversation about the value I might offer.

Either way, beautiful job on the staging by your wife, and well done with numbers you've shared!

Cheers,

Crystal

Deleting this reply, as I included my question in the original post, (but the site won't let me delete this entirely).

Hey All,

I feel like the numbers on this should work, but they are coming up really bad. Should I not be putting P&I in; is it already included in the mortgage section automatically? What do we think I am doing wrong here? I feel like this analysis is off for some reason, but I can't figure out why!

This seems like exactly what I'm looking for in the area I'm looking and my price range, however the calculator is telling me it's a bad deal. (Seems like it's probably user error on my part!) :]

Thanks for your help!
Crystal
