I'm looking for a career in manufactured home sales, my nay sayers say stay away, but I say otherwise.  I'm excite, I'm a believer, and I would appreciate any feedback on the subject, positive or negative, I'm prepared to receive it.....

Thanks in advance!!!

Hello my BP family and friends.  I'm looking for a career in manufactured mobile home sales, any advice on the industry? Some of my nay sayers are discouraging me, but I say I want it,..... I believe in it,..... and I'm determined.  Am I being closed minded?  Any thoughts?

@Megan Greathouse, thanks! I'm searching my area market right now!! I cant wait to get started...... : P

Hi Megan, loved reading your story, congrats!  I'm new to BP as well, not a pro member as of yet, (learned some weird life lessons this year, financially) : (  however, I'm determined to rebound and hopefully go pro by the new year : )

I'm mostly interested in the networking aspect as of right now, and was wondering if you could please explain more about the  neighborhood association networking website you found. I've never heard of that title before and I'm eager to learn more about the community I would love to invest in.

P.S. Thanks for serving our country.

hello my friends at BP, I am trying to help my best friend with creative rental advice and I really don't have very much rental experience. The issue is she recently got married and moved in to her husband house. She had bought her own house the year before she got married and her mortgage is $1,350 per month. She listed the house FSBO online, however, the house has been on the market for almost 100 days and no bites. In the mean time she is paying the mortgage out of pocket each month. I suggest she rent it out, and that's where I need my BP friends to help me with advice. Any suggestions???

Thanks Alex, you just confirmed exactly what I was thinking.  I have always been interested in real estate and have minimal experience, however, I am currently a landlord and have managed a few rental properties short term. My thoughts and interest are running wild since I have started following BP podcast.  So many ideas and with my eagerness to jump in finding connections as well as exposure to the more serious side of real estate. I'm currently looking in my area for a property management positions, or some other aspect of real estate exposure to broaden my knowledge.  Any more advice? Thanks.

How can I determine if my area has room for one more licensed agent.  Any advice?
