Cleveland is an excellent market to invest in real estate. The buying is very low, rents are great and there’s no shortage of tenants.  I work with many out of state investors. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have or help you with any thing you need as far as property management, contractors or Boots on the ground.

We have excellent locations to BURR  just outside of the city with lower buy in prices. Once you get to the suburbs like Strongsville, as you have mentioned, they are excellent areas, but the purchase price will be much higher. I work with a lot of out-of-state investors who focus on 44102 and 44109. I also wouldn’t be worried about the employers and specific locations as long as tenant can verify income.

That’s excellent that you are already house hacking. We have some pretty excellent locations to do house hacking here and as others have said Airbnb, this way, you can always make profit, even when you are not here. Having an excellent team of contractors, cleaners, and being in a high in demand location will help. There are also people that can manage your Airbnb for you if you prefer to do it that way. There’s so much history in Cleveland and so many properties with character and charm. It really is a great place to add to your portfolio.
